Frames

All frames are made using the latest in technology equipment for precision and optimal quality.
The range of wood frames are made from sustainable plantation timbers, locally sourced

2mm Shatterproof acrylic glass for premium clarity and protection.  This high grade acrylic is lightweight and safe to handle when hanging, better than glass. Our frames have a solid 3mm MDF backing. Premium D rings and braided stainless steel wire for hanging

Prints/Paper

310gsm premium white 100% cotton rag fine art archival paper is used on all our prints.

We use genuine Epson(r) archival inks on all prints for beautifully rich, vibrant colours, deep blacks and impeccable detail.

All packaging materials used are 100% environmentally friendly and recyclable. Our heavy-duty cardboard boxes are recyclable, and our air pillow plastic insert material is also 100% recyclable and used minimally.

Delivery

As these items are custom made please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped to you.

*Please make sure to enter your address correctly as we cannot be responsible for delivery on lost items if shipping details are incorrect.

We provide as much information as possible for you to make an informed choice, including viewed insitu images.  Please choose carefully. 

As all prints are custom made to order we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.

Products are placed in the order queue immediately following confirmation and payment and are not able to be cancelled at this stage.

If the product arrives damaged, please email us at hello@elementsofphi.com  within 24 hours of receipt of order and provide photos of damage. Once verified, we will replace the print at no charge.
